1The short version

• There are no accounts, and we never take card details on the site.
• The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking tools.
• Your cart and your answer to the entry check stay in your own browser. They aren't sent to us.
• We only receive what you send us when you order or get in touch, and we use it to confirm and deliver your order.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.

2Who we are

This notice covers aurorasfinal.com and orders placed with aurorasfinal (“we”, “us”), based in Washington DC. You can contact us about privacy at info@aurorasfinal.com.

3What the website stores

The site uses your browser's own storage for a few things it needs to work: remembering your answer to the entry check, keeping your cart, and two short-lived page settings. This storage stays on your device, and none of it is sent to us. Every item is listed on our cookies and storage page.

Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider (Hostinger). Its servers automatically record basic technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use these records to identify or profile visitors.

The site's fonts, images and code are all served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn't send your information to any other company. Links to Instagram or email take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.

4What we collect when you order

When you send an order from our checkout page or a message from our contact page, the site emails it to us. When you write to us on Instagram or by email, we receive what you include. That usually means:

• Your name, mobile number and email address. At checkout we email you a 6-digit code to confirm the address is yours, and a copy of your order once it's confirmed.
• Your order: the products, sizes, quantities and total.
• Your delivery address (street, city, state and ZIP), which you give us at checkout, and a delivery time we agree by text.
• Anything else you write in your messages.

An order you've sent but not yet confirmed with the code is held on our server for up to 30 minutes, then deleted. Once you enter the code, the held copy is deleted and the order is emailed to us.

If we ask for proof that you're eligible to order, such as your age or a laboratory affiliation, we use what you provide only to check eligibility.

5How we use it

We use your information to:

• Reply to you, confirm your order, arrange payment and deliver it.
• Text you about your order, if you agree to texts at checkout. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Check that you're eligible to order under our terms of sale.
• Handle problems with an order, and keep the business records the law requires.
• Prevent fraud and misuse.

We won't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

6Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run your order:

• The services that carry our messages: Hostinger, which runs this website and emails us your order or message; Google, whose email service receives it; Instagram (Meta), if you message us there; and our mobile carrier, for texts.
• The payment service you choose to pay with.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.

7How long we keep it

We keep order details and messages only for as long as we need them to complete your order, deal with any problem with it, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping duties. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

8Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit who can see it. The site is served only over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

9Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@aurorasfinal.com and we'll respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm it's you before we act, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

10Children

This site and our products are only for people 21 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

11Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don't track visitors across websites, sell personal information or show targeted ads, so there is nothing for these browser signals to switch off. If that ever changes, we'll update this notice and honor those signals first.

12Changes to this notice

We'll update this notice if how we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the site before it takes effect.
