1About these terms

These terms of sale apply to every order placed with aurorasfinal (“we”, “us”), a seller of research peptides based in Washington DC. Please read them before you order. If you don't agree with them, please don't place an order.

2Research use only

Every product we sell is supplied for lawful in-vitro laboratory research only. None of our products is a drug, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device, and none has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in people or animals.

Our products must not be used on or in humans or animals. Nothing on this website or in our messages is medical advice, and we don't give guidance on use or dosing.

3Who can order

To place an order, you must:

• Be 21 or older.
• Be a qualified researcher, or buy for a licensed laboratory or research institution.
• Buy only for lawful laboratory research.
• Be allowed to receive these products where you take delivery.

We may ask for proof of any of these before we confirm an order, and we may refuse or cancel an order if we aren't satisfied.

4How an order works

The cart on this website is a request, not a purchase. Nothing is charged on the site. When you send your order from our checkout page, we email you a 6-digit code, and the order is placed only once you enter it. Once it's placed, or when you order by message, we check stock and reply by text with the items, the total including the shipping fee for your address, and how to pay, and we agree a delivery time with you.

An order becomes a contract between us only when we confirm it in that reply and you accept it. Until then, either of us can change or cancel it. We may decline any order.

If you give us your mobile number at checkout and agree to texts, we'll text you about that order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, and we'll use email instead.

5Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include the multi-vial deals shown on each product. We work to keep prices and product information accurate. If we find a mistake before we confirm your order, we'll tell you, and you can decide whether to go ahead.

We'll tell you which payment methods we accept, and when payment is due, when we confirm your order. We never ask for card details on this website.

6Delivery and shipping

One fee applies per order, set by where the order is going and chosen by you in the cart: $20 for same-day delivery in Maryland, $40 for same-day delivery in Washington DC and Virginia, and $10 to ship anywhere else in the United States. The fee is shown in your cart and at checkout, and again in the text that confirms your order. The current rates are on our shipping page. We don't currently ship outside the United States; if you're outside it, please ask us before you order.

Same-day deliveries in the DMV happen at a time we agree with you when we confirm your order. Orders going elsewhere in the United States are sent out the same day; how long they take to arrive depends on the destination and is outside our control.

Delivery and arrival times are estimates made in good faith. Traffic, weather, carriers and stock can change them, and we'll tell you as soon as we know. Someone 21 or older must receive the order, and we may ask to see ID.

If we can't deliver a confirmed order, we'll offer you a new time. If that doesn't work for you, we'll refund anything you've paid for it. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they're handed over.

7Damaged, missing or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo if you can, and we'll replace it or refund it.

Our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, so we can't take back products that were delivered correctly, or that have been opened, reconstituted or stored outside the conditions on the label and our guide. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the law.

8Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at no cost by messaging us before it's out for delivery. If you've already paid, we'll refund you.

9What you confirm when you order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• Everything you tell us is true, including your age and research purpose.
• You'll use the products only for lawful laboratory research, and never on or in humans or animals.
• You won't resell or supply the products for human or animal use, or make health or medical claims about them.
• You'll follow every law and regulation that applies to you.

10Storage, handling and disposal

Store and handle products as described on the label and in our guide, under laboratory conditions, and dispose of them lawfully. After delivery, you're responsible for how the products are stored, handled, used and disposed of.

11Product information and warranties

We promise that products match their description when they're delivered. Where a lab report on our lab reports page is marked pending, we make no claim about that lot's test results.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, products are supplied without any other warranty, including any warranty that they're fit for a particular purpose.

12Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss that results from using a product in breach of these terms. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13Indemnity

If a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms or misused a product, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable legal costs that result.

14Using this website

The text, images, product renders and design of this website belong to aurorasfinal. You may view pages and share links to them, but you may not copy, scrape or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

Please don't interfere with how the site works, or try to get around the entry check.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. If we can't resolve a dispute by talking it through, it will be decided by the courts located in the District of Columbia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here when we confirm it. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.

17General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our order confirmation make up the whole agreement for your order.
